Matt Network Engineering Matthew was a Senior Network Design Engineer for Wachovia Bank from 1999-2000 and then went on to become a Senior Sales Engineer at Cisco Systems for 5 ½ years. While at Cisco he specialized in E-Commerce, Unified Communications, and Security technologies and supported some of the largest accounts in Northern California. He also was the lead author on the Cisco Internetwork Architectures Study Guide published through Cisco Press. Matthew then went on to lead Fusionstorm/Jeskell’s Networking Practice. He was the National Practice Manager for Jeskell’s Government business and the Northern California Practice Manager for Fusionstorm’s Commercial business. Matthew's goal with FCN Engineering is to elevate the Networking engineering divison to elite levels with partners such as Cisco, Riverbed and Juniper Networks. |

Paul
Sr. Systems Engineer Paul has a distinctive 40 year background serving the U.S. Air Force and the CIA as well as some high-profile computer manufacturers such as IBM. He has extensive experience with hands-on field engineering for large scale enterprise environments, including design, integration, and support. Since 2005 Paul has been working as a Sales and Services Engineer leveraging his previously built systems skills with a mix of data storage, data management and networking to enable complete customer solutions. Paul brings depth to the FCN engineering team and adds a dynamic of product and systems background that rounds out the core competencies. Paul's experience is truly invaluable to FCN's customers and staff alike. |

Rick Sr. Systems Engineer Rick is a detail oriented technologist with a solid track record and proven field experience including many lifecycles of complete solution migrations, data center expansions, mergers and consolidations as well as complete technology lifecycle refreshes. Rick has been instrumental in the design and implementation of mission critical services including archival and data storage (NAS/SAN), disaster recovery, directory services and network design for several enterprise organizations in the Financial, Telecommunications and Public Sector. Rick has contributed to published articles in both Netware Connect and CDW NetComm magazines. He has a BA from the University of Maryland and brings his 15 years of engineering and project management skills with enterprise files services, consolidation, storage and networking environments to FCN’s Engineering team. |

Steve Sr. Engineering Support Analyst Steve is a seasoned, Senior Engineer with over twelve years of technical experience in the field, including Networking, Database Engineering and Design, Data Storage/Archival Design and Disaster Recovery Architecture and Design. Steve has an in-depth experience with building systems and solutions for Enterprise-level environments supporting mission-critical/sensitive data infrastructures throughout the Public Sector. Along with Steve’s technical knowledge he brings a relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction. Steve greatly enhances the strength of the FCN Engineering team through communication and organization as the team’s project management and support analyst liaison for solutions design and delivery, from cradle to grave.

Troy Sr. Systems Engineer Troy is a solutions oriented engineer with over twenty years of system design and integration experience within the national security sector. His expertise encompasses a myriad of hardware and software platforms to include Unix, Linux and Windows based systems. Troy has designed and built multiple mission-critical heterogeneous data centers with an emphasis on multi-terabyte storage systems that provide high availability and reliability. He excels in seamlessly integrating systems that are not naturally cohesive.
